I just happened to read this quote attributed to Hafsat Abiola:
" ... imagine what you can do in your own little way. If you just trust in yourself and do something small in a little way, it can really change the world." -- Hafsat Abiola
I am awed at the connections that prompted the name to become the title of an Ellis Paul song.....about a little girl who changed her world....
This is blowing me away.....Could there have been a more appropriate name????

"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.

I'm a big fan of coincidence and people helping people.
This is really some coincidence.
I learned quite alot about helping people out in small ways all my life just watching my father and how he treated people on a daily basis. He never ceased to amaze me how selfless he could be at times when others were in need. He brought a smile to the faces of almost everyone he ever met.
Thanks for sharing this today.
