Folks,
There's been much hoopla in the news this past week and I would be remiss by not acknowledging that it was 40 years ago today that The Beatles released what Rolling Stone has ranked the #1 album of all time: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. I remember it well. I had graduated from high school just 7 days earlier... and it was the Summer of Love. The album won 4 Grammys that year - including Album of the Year.

Oddly enough....as a youth....I used to try and imagine what some of musical heroes - like the beatles - would be doing when they got old. Would they still be doing it when they got older I often wondered?
I bring this up since Paul's new album has just dropped in Starbuck's coffee shops everywhere and while i got really nostalgic about him and his days with the "fab four" and felt thankful he's still around and makin music all these years later - for some reason I can't picture myself laying down the 15 bucks for his new record - which I hear is actually quite good.
Anyone else suffering this dilemma?
Also, if you have heard the new one, kindly add a few words here.
