Today (May 18) in EP Music History Trivia

Postby KarenZ » Fri May 18, 2007 10:45 am

Folks,

It's hard to believe this photo was taken one year ago today.

Image

Anyone want to guess where it was taken? (City or venue will do.)
Or who the fella is pictured with Ellis?

Still a great shot. :)

There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.

Was that the show in Twickenham? I know it was one of the European leg of the tour.

Pomme de Terre? That can't be right, but it would be sooo apropos.
"...I implore you, I entreat you, I challenge you to speak with conviction, to say what you believe, in a manner that bespeaks the determination with which you believe it, because contrary to the wisdom of the bumper sticker, it is not enough these days to "question" authority, you have to speak with it, too."

You guys are cracking me up. :D Yes......the first word of the venue is Pomme but it's not Pomme de Terre (which is the word for potato). LOL

Literally translated pomme de terre means apple of the ground.....so if you think apple you may get the second part..... :)
