i'll be there! i already have my tickets though. i always enjoy shows at kiva, tim has a great setup there.

in typical bonnie fashion there are MANY other things sceduled for that day that i would love to attend, but ellis won out.

here are some of the things i am NOT doing. :(
playing wiffle ball and watching the red sox game with the adam ezra group.
going to see the hothouse flowers at blue ocean music hall.
attending "meet the revs" the annual season ticket holder event where you get to hang out with the players.
catching up on my sleep.

I think you should get to make some extra special requests and heckling time. That was some tuff competetion.

I'm hoping to swing by the ball game before the 9th inning !!

see you there.

So, the Kiva house concert was great! Tim was a great host, weather was fine, a little hot, but fine..

The best thing was right after Ellis sang Dragonfly.... a dragonfly landed on his guitar... It was pretty cool. We all decided it was a sign.. just not sure WHAT kind of a sign! I will post a pic when I can....I tried to catch it...

as a matter of fact.....yes. there is a song ellis is working on with adam ezra. it is played on piano. it is a story song about a musician who works a "real" job during the day and plays shows at night. He didn't mention a name and I couldn't guess it from the chorus.

i'm sorry i didn't get any lyrics for you, but my brain was melted from the heat.

I think Ellis said it was something like "catching a break" ?? Def. had the word Break in the title....

I am so bummed I forgot to ask about Kiss You Crazy.. wonder if he would have done that.. dang..

It was warm but we got shade before Ellis did...
