Sure can! Heard Ellis do this at The Surf Ballroom (of Buddy Holly fame) in Clear Lake, Iowa nearly 3 years ago. He played the grand piano, there, making sure to touch all the keys, because of all the greats who have played there over the years. Good going on the correct answer! I remember hearing the song in its very early gestation when it had a very prominent circus theme - including a line about PT Barnum.....and was titled "Ready to Go".
