Jan. 30 in EP Music History Trivia - win a prize!

Folks,
It was on this date - Jan. 30 - in 1961 that my favorite song of all time hit #1 on the Billboard chart. The song, recorded by The Shirelles, is "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin. The song ranks as #125 on Rollingstone's list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
Many, many others have recorded the song including Cher, Dusty Springfield, The Four Seasons, Linda Ronstadt, Roberta Flack, Neil Diamond, Melanie, and Dave Mason. Carole King has stated that "the definitive version" was recorded by The Bee Gees for a 1995 Carole King tribute album called Tapestry Revisited on which Rod Stewart, Faith Hill, Celine Dion, Aretha Franklin and others sing the songs from King's Tapestry.
One of Ellis Paul's artist influences - Joni Mitchell - gives a nod to the song in her song "Chinese Cafe/Unchained Melody".
To win your choice of either:
1. Tapestry Revisited, or
2. The Shirelles Greatest Hits
simply be the first person to reply to this post with the answer to how Joni Mitchell makes a little tribute to the song in her song.
Good Luck! (They can't all be easy!)
