WoodyFest 2011

Postby KarenZ » Thu Jul 21, 2011 10:06 am

Folks,

Finally got the photos uploaded to my online album. The album includes two videos from the Children's Festival ("Because It's There" and "Wabi Sabi") and one video from DonCon's solo set when Ellis and the Burns Sisters helped out on Don's new song "She's a Big, Big Deal".

"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.

Those are great shots Karen.. I have to say I think your pictures get better every year :D

Love love the Big Big Deal song.. Don performed it in "the basement" last summer just after he wrote it. Sam Baker and Ellis helped with it !!
