Ellis,
I was introduced to you and your music at a private function in Washington Crossing, PA a couple weeks ago. Do you need another Yuengling?
I have not stopped listening to your music (and humming/singing to myself) and reading your lyrics since.
My question is rather simple and perhaps mundane compared to other questions regarding music. What advice can you give to someone who is interested in getting started to play guitar?
I'm looking forward to the next time you are in the "neighborhood" or I can catch you during my traveling.
Thanks in advance for your advice and thanks for creating such great music!
Cheers
David

David--
buy an easy to play songbook of the songs you like-- beatles, dylan, whatever, top forty. Find a guitar that is easy to play-- classical guitars are easier in the beginning. And just enjoy yourself using chord charts.
thats how I started-- thanks for asking!
