Bridge for Clarity

Hey Ellis - Greetings from Nova Scotia
You won't remember me but we met a few years ago when I was at Great Waters in New Hampshire. You headlined the Saturday night show and I was an instant fan! Before I ask you my question I want to tell you how much I've enjoyed your music over the past few years. I bought the DVD and a few CD's at that festival. If you're ever up this way I'd love to have you come play at Pond Hollow Folk (http://www.57.ca) - it's a small but mighty house concert series that is almost always a full house.
So, on to my question. My absolute favourite Ellis Paul song is Clarity. I perform it myself but I've never been able to get the bridge right (or even close to right). Would you mind running over the chords for me? I play it in open C# as well (thanks for that DVD:) so I'm familiar with the chord shapes you use.
