The Dash - a poem by Linda Ellis

Postby paddyinthepub » Thu Sep 13, 2007 10:22 am

This is a poem by Linda Ellis called "The Dash" presented in e-card form complete with music. A real "Hallmark moment" kind of thing, which admittedly I usually find rather corny and not worth my time. For some reason, this one struck a chord and seems worthy of sharing. Hope you enjoy it.

This goes on about a minute or so, has beautiful naturescape photos and more than a few words of wisdom. It reminded me of Ellis' music and the messages often found within. Live in the Now, especially. The World Ain't Slowing Down. Wait, are those the same song?

note...the tinkling piano drives me nuts so you might consider lowering the volume right away.
