Board members' personal photos

Postby KarenZ » Mon Apr 05, 2010 8:34 am

This photo taken over the weekend - which I just had to share (being the obnoxious grandma that I am) - inspired this new thread. :)

Karen I can't believe how big (and beautiful) he is .. seems like he was just born.

I saw a picture of my grand nephew that went to visit the Easter Bunny last week, but they are not BFF's .... you got a great picture there!!

What a handsome boy! Those blue eyes really sparkle.

For the record, you are NOT obnoxious. You are a proud grandma and rightly so!

Karen, he's beautiful!! Thanks for sharing! I love those bright blue eyes! Olivia was terrified of the Easter bunny so no pictures for us. :( I love it that you're a proud grandma because I'm a proud mamma!

Karen - Mason is just gorgeous. No wonder you are a proud Granny.

Monica - you got some rare red glass there! Lovely!

Emily - I remember seeing Olivia at WoodyFest last year - bet she's grown up a lot since.

We went to the Chelsea Flower Show yesterday, it was a wonderful day. One of the show gardens had a Japanese inspired wishing tree where visitors could write messages and hang the message on the tree - this was my contribution.

Jela,

I thought I had responded to your flower photo, but it's not here! Lovely!

I got Mason on video yesterday - "dancing" to "Wabi Sabi". :)

Jalapenos big day!

Postby Pebbles » Thu Jul 01, 2010 10:37 pm

Sorry we haven't been too active here lately, but we have been busy... Saturday Katie (Jalapenos) & Mike got married. :D

Here they are for their first dance, to an Ellis song of course, Words. It brought tears to so many eyes...

Believe it or not, Mason turned 1-year old on Thursday and he had lots of fun (and attention!) at his first birthday party yesterday. :D

Pictures from his first year were on display - including the one where he met Ellis Paul when he was 4 days old. His copy of Dragonfly Races was on display.....and, of course, the CD provided background music. :)

Wow - a year already ! Happy Birthday Mason !

I'll need to get a picture (and for that matter a name), but my brother (a former running teammate of Mr. Paul) and his wife had a baby boy last night. Congratulations Dana and Rhonda !
