No cooking today, moms.....Right?

What's on your plate today?

Watched MLB baseball yesterday on tv and did a doubletake with all players wearing pink wristbands in honor of breast cancer awareness. Nice gesture on the part of MLB and fitting they'd do it on Mother's Day.

yes thank you Paddy...The pink bats are a great fundraiser for the SusanK . Cancer Fund. They also raffle off the specially marked bases, wristbands etc.. everything..

Last year's Red Sox game was referred to as the Mother's Day Miracle!!

Down 5 or 6 runs in the ninth inning they came back and WON !!

Last nights game was a bit of a miracle. Ahead by one run the star closer let 2 men on in the ninth inning then STRUCK out the next THREE... WOW...

Did I mention I like baseball especially the Red Sox... :D :D

I missed the pink bases, Patti, must have been 1st inning only, maybe? Very nice gesture on the part of MLB.
