Folks,

It's that time of year again! Please take a minute or two to vote in the WUMB Listener 2011 Top 100 Countdown by Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. WUMB will tally up the votes, and the week of November 14-18 will countdown the “WUMB-FM Listener Top 100” performers starting with performer #100 at 7am Monday morning and ending with #1 at 6pm Friday.

WUMB 2011 Listener Poll

Let's see how Mr. Paul does this year! :-)

"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.

Folks,

This is Day #2 of the countdown. Just heard Jimmy LaFave at #72. Wow. Jimmy still blows me away. Hopefully we won't hear Mr. Paul until closer to the end of the countdown! Happy to see that Adam Ezra made the list at #114. 8)

Here's what the countdown looks like so far:
