Hootie and the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker stepped away from the band a while back and now graces the country music scene with his trademark needs no introduction sound. I was just listening to some of the songs on his myspace and there it was. The same voice and sound that had me at Only Wanna Be With You...... :wink:

I was looking at Ellis Paul's tour schedule yesterday and thrilled to see that Ellis opens for Darius Rucker at the Paramount Theater in Charlottesville, Va. on March 19, 2009. 8)

That is cool.. one of my favorite songs on the Shallow Hal CD is
by Darius Rucker.. This Is My World...

Well there are a few songs on that CD that I like. :wink:

KarenZ has posted in the 3000 miles section that she's going to see Ellis open for Darius Rucker tomorrow night in Charlottesville, Va. 8)
