Website redesign - Nov. 5, 2009

Postby KarenZ » Thu Nov 05, 2009 11:07 am

Folks,

If you're reading this you've seen the new look of the website/discussion board. Keep in mind the words of our good friend Sam Baker:

"Things change. They change alot."

Change is good. :-)

KarenZ
"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.

Coming from a family with an aunt who kept menus (and still has them) of what we ate every holiday since long before 1965 when I was born, and we stuck to those menus until us kids took over the holidays, I have inherited the "I don't deal well with change" gene, but this change I LOVE. Very soothing on the eyes!!!!!

As I mentioned before, the photography from the CD is amazing!

And, guess what? I am wearing my new Ellis Paul T-shirt today!!! Gotta keep stoking the wood stove so I don't freeze to death though. HA!

Website looks great... the music links on the front page all seem to say they come from "Sweet Mistakes" or nothing at all.

Would hate for a new fan to be looking for a song, only to not be able to find the correct CD to look at....

and look it appears that links and font colour are right here at our fingertips!! :D
