Ellis Paul live on WYEP - April 1, 2005

Postby KarenZ » Thu Sep 28, 2006 2:35 pm

Ooh-la-la. I was just browsing around the WYEP web site and discovered that they have finally archived a portion of Ellis' in-studio interview/performance from 2005. (I don't think I knew this or posted this link before, but I may have!) :)

The segment is a little over 6 minutes in length and he performs "Jukebox on my grave". Bonnie, Ellis refers to Flynn as a mad genius with a chemistry set! :D

"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.
