Earthfest Boston MA 5.24.08

Postby bonuela » Tue May 27, 2008 12:38 pm

I am embarassed to say I did not take down a set list.

This was a family show on the "Kid's Stage" at Boston's Earthfest. Free music, free samples and all the organic marshmellows you could eat!!

Here are some of the songs played, in no particular order. Again....

Abiola
I Like to Swing
Because its There
Dragonfly Races
The Bed Song
Road Trip
The Million Chameleon March
The Little Red Rose
If I Had a Hammer
This Land is Your Land
Daddy's Taking Us to the Zoo

Flynn accompanied him on a few of the songs and the whole Flynn family was there to enjoy the show.

It was wonderful to see so many little ones singing along. There were even a few requests for "grown up songs".
I let my music take me where my heart wants to go. ~ Cat Stevens

Thanks for the report! Thanks for the phone call too! thanks to Bonnie, I got to hear Dragonfly Races via cell phone! :) We REALLY need to start a formal cell-phone chain! 8)

"Some people are born to make great art and others are born to appreciate it. It is a kind of talent in itself, to be an audience, whether you are the spectator in the gallery or you are listening to the voice of the world's greatest soprano. Not everyone can be the artist. There have to be those who witness the art, who love and appreciate what they have been privileged to see." -- Ann Patchett in Bel Canto.
